I had an unfortunate experience with a previous grout job which left the tiles completely yellow. I hired someone else to try and bring the tiles back, to white but, again, with no success. I found Sir Grout on the internet and called for an estimate. Nikko called to set a date; when he arrived, I explained the situation to him; but the yellow tiles spoke for themselves. He was as attentive to my concerns and explained in detail what the job would entail. He assured me the tiles would be restored to the bright white they were intended to be.
Before starting the job Nikko, and Anthony protected the shower door and vanity. They were neat and cleaned up when the job was finished; and the tiles, as promised by Nikko were restored to the bright white they were intended to be. I had some questions the next day; Nikko responded and took care of it quickly. I feel safe knowing that Nikko will take care of any future questions or issues I may have.
